Patricia Rowe, Esq. CPA
Patricia has been a Certified Public Accountant in the Bay Area for over twenty seven years. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1978. She has operated her business as a CPA firm preparing income tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, C corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies, estate tax returns, trust accountings and tax projections for the past twenty five years.
Patricia achieved her law degree at Golden Gate Law School and was admitted to the Bar in 2001. Subsequently she added estate planning, probate, trust litigation, administration and accounting, business planning and incorporations to the existing services provided by her firm. Since then she has developed a system to help her clients to protect their families and attain wealth succession according to their wishes, to safeguard their assets and save taxes with the use of separate legal entities. We have expanded our services to include bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable and payable services and general accounting.
Patricia is available to meet with clients and discuss in detail their business operations, tax liabilities, family dynamics and goals with regards to minimizing taxes, accumulating assets and passing their wealth to future generations.

Kristina Vigna
Notary Public, Office Manager, Legal Assistant
Kristina joined our firm in January 2006 as a bookkeeper and worked her way up to office manager. She has become a certified Notary Public for the State of California. She is currently working to become a paralegal. Since joining our firm Kristina has become adept at preparing financial statements, tax returns and performing as a legal coordinator. Kristina has developed her technical tax, accounting and legal knowledge to aid in the service of our clients and has become a valuable member of our team to help bring the best possible products to our clients. Nicole Daiker
Bookkeeper, Tech Manager, Office Assistant
Nicole is also as student at Diablo Valley College who joined the firm in 2009. She has become an invaluable resource for our firm not only providing tax return preparation and bookkeeping services but creating websites, email campaigns and marketing materials. Nicole’s education in the field of computer science has come in handy in helping us maintain our databases and keeping in contact with our clients and associates. Nicole is currently working to attain her degree in computer science and plans to transfer to a state university in the near future. She’s been a great addition to our staff!
Tina Legault
Senior Bookkeeper
Tina is our full charge bookkeeper who handles all of our firm’s and our clients accounting needs. She has her bachelor’s degree in accounting and over 20 years of experience. Tina has worked for us on a part time basis for several years and is now full time. Tina can take a set of books and straighten them out in no time! She specializes in setting up internal controls procedures, QuickBooks, reports for management, payroll and payroll taxes, sales tax, accounts receivable and payable and non-profit accounting. Tina has enabled us to expand our services for small business accounting. She has even improved our internal controls and makes us tow the line!
Stacy Daiker
Administrative Assistant
Stacy joined us in May 2010 as our administrative assistant. She is our receptionist, clerical support and keeps us disciplined and in order. She works part time and is a part time student at Diablo Valley College. Stacy has been invaluable in setting up operating systems for us and getting us organized. She can always find a file or a document. Stacy is the go to person!
